The AZ of how Ethereum-based NFTs have done so far


According to data from NFT data aggregator CryptoSlamThe sales volume for NFTs minted on the Ethereum network has gradually declined since early August.

At the time of writing, the chain’s total sales amounted to $82,541,608.15. This represented a 10% drop in the past seven days alone.

How did the leading NFT collections on the Ethereum network fare during the above-mentioned period?

CryptoPunks

This is a collection of 10,000 uniquely generated characters. At the time of printing, the bottom price for the NFT collection was 74.49 ETH, after rising 9.54% in the past seven days.

So far this month has added $8.34 million in sales volume for the collection, according to data from NFTGo. This has seen a 135% increase over that period. After rising 3.21% in the past seven days, the collection’s market cap was spotted at $2.41 billion.

However, there has been significant trading activity in the last 24 hours. In fact, data from CryptoSlam puts CryptoPunks above other projects like the NFT collection with the highest sales volume in the last 24 hours.

Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC)

Founded by Yuga LabsBAYC is a collection of 10,000 unique Bored Ape NFTs designed to live on the Ethereum blockchain. In the past seven days, with 58 sales transactions between 53 sellers and 57 buyers to date, the total sales volume recorded by this NFT collection was $8.52 million.

Unfortunately, unlike CryptoPunks, BAYC saw a 2.65% drop in its market cap over the same period.

The floor price also fell -4.75% in the past seven days. At the time of writing, this was on the charts at 81.75 ETH.

The collection also recorded a huge blow to sales volume over the past 24 hours. With just over $1.2 million registered, there was a 52% decline in the above period.

moonbirds

Described as utility-powered PFPs, Moonbirds is a collection of 10,000 NFTs, each with a diverse and unique pool of rarity-driven properties.

The bottom price of the collection has fallen by 12.06% in the past seven days. At the time of writing, a collector can collect a Moonbird for as little as 16.4 ETH ($27,603.40). As expected, with the steady decline in the bottom price, sales volume increased by more than 30% and reached $4.47 million in seven days.
